Carlo Farina is a member of our Financial Services and Sustainability & Responsibility practices.
He has more than 10 years of international consulting experience – working with leading banks, insurers, and payment companies. He has deep expertise in ESG covering strategy, value proposition, governance & operating model as well as decarbonization and climate risk.
Beyond his client work, he is a core member of our “ESG in Financial Services” leadership team in EMEA. He is also the interlock for the Financial Services practice with our ecosystem partner Persefoni, the global leading platform for carbon accounting.
In 2021, Carlo served as a knowledge partner for the Finance & Infrastructure task force of the B20 hosted by Italy.
Before joining us in 2011, Carlo earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Insead. Previously, he was a partner at an independent asset management firm.
In his personal time, Carlo enjoys hiking, skiing, and reading. He is married and the proud father of two young sons.
