Chris McLaughlin

Chris is a member of our AI, Insights and Solutions and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices. He specializes in AI and software product management.

He focuses on helping clients harness artificial intelligence to transform both market-facing products and internal workflows. He brings deep experience in AI-led strategy and technical execution across applications, platforms, and infrastructure.

Chris rejoined Bain after leading product teams at Google Cloud AI and serving as Vice President of Product Management for Honeywell Building Automation. He has built commercially successful products and businesses across multiple technology waves, including predictive AI and machine learning, Industry 4.0, and generative AI.

Chris holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a B.A. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
