Dan Costa is a member of our Private Equity practice and Operational Value Creation team, as well our Accelerated Performance Transformation and Technology practices.
Dan has worked with many of our private equity clients conducting operational due diligence and commercial due diligence, as well as supporting value creation at portfolio companies.
He is an expert in value creation and large-scale transformations, having advised programs across industries, but primarily in technology, software, and media.
Dan also leads our Cost Diagnostic Center of Excellence ("Value Calculator team"), which uses proprietary data sources and methodologies to quickly assess cost opportunities, both outside-in or with access to company leadership and internal data.
He joined us in 2009 and holds a B.S. in engineering from University of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
