Erik Nordbø

Erik Nordbø is a member of our Logistics & Transportation and Energy & Natural Resources practices.

He recently served as a partner for Qvartz prior to the firm's integration with us, which collectively formed our new Nordics practice, in early 2020. 

Erik holds more than 20 years of consulting experience, which have focused on strategy and operational improvement efforts, especially for energy and transportation clients.

His portfolio includes:

• More than 20 engagements in the transportation sector, covering corporate strategy, business unit (BU) strategy, organizational development and performance improvement for players within rail and public transportation;
• Power utility engagements centered on corporate and business unit strategy development, organizational development and merger & acquisition (M&A) support;
• Several projects within asset management operational improvement, including investment planning, purchasing, project execution, maintenance and modifications; and
• Engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) strategy projects, including both core and non-core engineering disciplines.

Erik previously worked as a partner for Innovation AS, which merged with Qvartz in 2009.

He holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, as well as a certificate in financial energy analysis from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
