Over the course of more than 8 years in consulting, Eske has gained broad experience working with private equity, growth equity and hedge fund clients on due diligence work, value creation plans, and fund strategies.
Before rejoining Bain & Company in 2022, Eske spent 4 years as a venture capital investor at Rubio Impact Ventures, leading investments in positive impact themes like alternative protein, sustainable fashion tech and digital health.
Eske's work focuses on supporting private equity clients in assessing potential investments in the Benelux market, and on working with climate tech investors across asset classes on commercial due diligence, sector screens and fund strategy.
Besides his client work, Eske is involved in building out the firm's IP on relevant climate tech investment themes, leveraging his network with investors and company founders.
