Giuseppe Acacia

Giuseppe Acacia is an active member of our EMEA Energy & Natural Resources practice. He specializes in improving operational efficiency, running large complex transformation programs and accelerating client's performance transformations.

Giuseppe joined the Milan office in May 2015 as a consultant and has more than 10 years of experience in consultancy. While at Bain, Giuseppe has been responsible for leading case teams and managing client relationships across the organizations in different offices (Milan, Doha, Dubai, Johannesburg). His experience covers a wide range of topics, including operations improvement (across O&G and petrochemical plants), transformation programs (including leadership engagement and micro-battle system implementation) and operating model (including mainly talent & capability strategy, processes redesign and management system).

He holds a master's degree in industrial and management engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.

Outside working hours, Giuseppe is the happy father of a young son. He also enjoys playing basketball, taking road trips and running cooking classes with his friends.
