Grant Kieffer

Grant Kieffer is a member of our Private Equity practice, specializing in technology and software.

Grant has more than 10 years of consulting experience. He spends most of his time leading due diligence and post-acquisition strategy projects for financial investors across technology and software sectors including vertical, horizontal, and IT infrastructure sectors. His work spans early-stage start-ups to large, mature incumbents including take-private transactions.

Prior to joining Bain, Grant worked in consulting at another consultancy firm where he was a member of their public sector strategy practice, supporting state and local government clients on investment and technology related topics.

Grant holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. from Boston University.
