Ishaan Anand

Ishaan Anand is a member of our Private Equity and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices.

He advises clients across the investment lifecycle from target identification and market assessment to due diligence, growth strategy, and exit planning. With experience across the healthcare value chain, his particular focus is on healthcare IT (provider, payer, and pharma).

He is a member of our San Francisco DE&I leadership team and the recipient of the San Francisco office Polaris Award, recognizing people for their investment in coaching and mentorship.

Prior to joining Bain, Ishaan worked in the healthcare private equity practice of another top consulting firm, where he focused on corporate growth and portfolio strategy and led more than 70 commercial diligence efforts. His work covered the physician practice management, behavioral health, and healthcare IT spheres.

Ishaan received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, is a registered Chartered Accountant, and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Melbourne.
