Kristina Luquist

Kristina Luquist is a member of our Technology & Cloud Services and Customer practices.

With more than 10 year of experience with our firm, Kristina works primarily with software clients, focusing on software growth transformations. She has deep expertise in B2B commercial excellence and accelerating commercial productivity, and significant experience in defining product strategy and driving cross-functional work in large-scale transformations.

Kristina is also a member of our Social Impact practice, with a focus in our Environment pillar. She leads work globally on forest landscapes.

She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. She earned an A.B. in History of Science from Harvard College.

Beyond her client work, Kristina leads our Moms@Bain organization in the Bay Area; she is a mom to two young daughters. In her free time, she's an outdoor enthusiast spending time hiking, camping and spearfishing.
