Luca is a leader in our Enterprise Technology and Retail practices. He brings over 15 years of experience in management consulting, with deep expertise in technology strategy and large-scale digital transformation.

Luca primarily advises clients in Grocery, Fashion, and Luxury sectors, and has also supported leading organizations in Consumer Products, Financial Services, and Utilities. His work spans across a broad range of topics including digital and technology strategy, tech transformation and delivery, technology cost and procurement optimization, and operating model acceleration.

He has worked across multiple Bain offices, including Milan and London, and has led engagements across EMEA in Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, France, Poland, Portugal, and Switzerland.

Luca holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a master’s degree from EDHEC Business School.
