Marco Cantalamessa

Marco Cantalamessa is a member of our Financial Services practice. He has more than 10 years of consulting experience and has worked with many of the top banks in Italy and Greece.

Marco's project portfolio spans almost all areas of banking governance, with a focus on SME, corporate banking and ESG strategy. He has experience in strategic planning, sales & marketing strategies, commercial acceleration and performance improvement with a special focus on zero-based budgeting.

An active member of the Bain ESG affinity group, Marco is well-versed in ESG issues related to decarbonization strategies, voluntary carbon market and sustainable business model transformation. He is also a member of the SME & Corporate Banking community.

Before joining us, he was a consultant for another top firm and graduated from Luigi Bocconi University.

In his personal time, Marco loves spending time with his wife and two children, as well as cycling with his friends, sailing and cooking.
