Mariagiovanna Di Feo is a member of our EMEA Financial Services and global Payments practices, with more than 15 years of consulting experience.

Since joining Bain in 2010, she has advised leading financial institutions on business strategy, M&A, post-merger integration, go-to-market, and customer excellence. She partners with executives to make bold strategic choices and drive sustainable growth.

Mariagiovanna’s expertise spans the payments industry, retail ecosystems, and broader customer-led transformations. She helps banks and payment players evolve their business models, strengthen client engagement, and unlock their full potential. Passionate about open innovation and the evolving fintech landscape, she works at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer impact. 

In addition to her client work, Mariagiovanna champions our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts within Financial Services and is deeply involved in the firm’s talent initiatives. 

She holds a master's degree in economics, cum laude, from Bocconi University.
