Matt McKenna is a member of our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Healthcare practices.
Matt originally joined Bain in the Boston office and has worked for the firm in Dubai and Zurich before making home in Washington, D.C.
He has worked extensively in Bain's Private Equity, Healthcare, and Advanced Manufacturing & Services (including Aerospace and Defense) industries, with work generally centering around M&A, growth strategy, and commercial excellence.
Beyond client work, Matt is actively involved in recruiting and training, overseeing D.C.'s recruitment of industry hires and serving as a trainer at Bain's global trainings.
Matt rejoined Bain after working for a leading private equity firm, and obtaining an MBA, before returning to consulting. Matt earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University with a degree in finance.
In his personal time, Matt is into fitness and international travel, having been raised much of his life oversees.
