Patryk Rudnicki is the Managing Partner for our Warsaw office and the leader of our Central Eastern European Retail practice. He is also a member of our Private Equity practice.
Over the last decade, Patryk has supported leading Polish and global retail and consumer product players across multiple verticals, especially in e-commerce, food and beverages, as well as entertainment and lifestyle. He has been recognized for his know-how in commercial functions enhancement, omnichannel value proposition optimization and overall performance improvement.
Patryk also possesses substantial experience with financial investors, supporting regional and international leaders in M&A across the whole investment cycle, from effective buy-side commercial due diligence through value creation plan development to full-scale exit support.
Since 2019, Patryk has led Warsaw office recruitment efforts, supporting rapid expansion of Bain team in Poland and the whole CEE region. He actively promotes Bain brand across the most reputable business schools in Europe. He also supports organizations of entrepreneurs by advising on strategy and development.
Patryk graduated from ESADE Business school, Warsaw School of Economics and University of Warsaw.
