Phoebe Palmer is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice.
Since joining Bain in 2014, Phoebe has supported clients across industries on their most complex strategic challenges. She has deep experience across the healthcare value chain, with a particular focus on medical technology. Her recent work centers on large-scale transformation, operating model design, and commercial excellence.
Phoebe holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor's degree in economics from Dartmouth College, where she graduated with honors.
