Riley Wyman

Riley Wyman is a member of our B2B Commercial Excellence and Technology practices.

Since joining us in 2011, Riley has actively directed teams across multiple sectors, including software, technology, education, industrials, healthcare, and legal. She works with CEOs and senior management teams on strategy development and commercial excellence, with deep expertise in go-to-market strategy and sales force effectiveness. She also works with clients to address large-scale transformations and post-merger integrations.

Riley has worked in our Chicago and San Francisco offices and is one of the founding leaders of the Bain Denver office. Riley is a Denver native and passionate about bringing Bain to her hometown. Additionally, Riley has spent much of her career focused on how companies, including Bain, can better attract, retain, and support top female talent.

She holds an MBA and Certificate of Public Management and Social Innovation from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa with distinction in Economics from Colorado College, where she received a full-ride as a Boettcher Scholar.
