Rosey Kaur

Rosey Kaur is a member of our global Mining practice.

She has more than 10 years of experience in mining, with a focus on primary processing, smelting, and strategy and planning across copper, iron ore, gold, and other commodities. She has particularly deep expertise in supporting clients on commodity and end product demand, as well as supply IP.

Rosey focuses on generating deep insights on increasingly complex challenges facing the mining industry and repeatedly deploying expertise and advising internal mining leadership and clients.

Prior to joining us, she worked as a commodity strategist with ANZ Bank. She also held various technical and leadership roles within Rio Tinto, spanning operations, growth and innovation. In this capacity, she led value planning and optimisation engagements leveraging technology that best delivered value. 

Rosey earned a Ph.D. in Copper Smelting and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, with honours, from RMIT University. She also holds a Master's in Energy Systems from Melbourne University.
