Scott Hogan

Scott Hogan is a leader in our Utilities & Renewables practice.

During his time at Bain, he has supported a diverse set of energy clients in multi-year transformations to improve strategic, operational, and financial performance.

He has led significant performance improvement efforts for transmission and distribution (T&D) organizations and support organizations, including field force optimization, work management and scheduling redesigns, and deployment of lean management systems.

Scott began his career at Sempra Energy in a variety of finance and strategy roles, including support of Sempra’s California utility operations and corporate Mergers & Acquisitions team.

Scott earned an MBA from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley and a B.B.A in Finance from the University of San Diego.
