Tom Roetynck

Tom Roetynck is a member of our Private Equity and Performance Improvement practices.

Having lived and worked in North America, Europe and APAC, Tom brings a broad international perspective with more than 10 years of experience in consulting.

Tom has worked with corporate and private equity clients across the tech (including IT services, tech distribution and software), financial services and healthcare industries.

Tom has led numerous due diligences and exit planning efforts as well as several value creation and performance improvement programs, spanning a wide range of business issues: growth strategy, commercial excellence, cost transformation, operating model redesign, post-merger integration and organizational effectiveness.

In addition to his client work, Tom is active in recruiting and committed to developing the next generation of Bain talent, spearheading training efforts for the Denver office.

Tom holds a Master of Science in Management from EMLYON Business School. Prior to joining Bain, he was a manager at another leading consulting firm.

Outside of work, Tom is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying basketball and CrossFit, and loves traveling with his wife and two kids.
