Travis Wibracht is a member of our Performance Improvement and Retail practices.
Travis has over a decade of experience working with senior management on transformations, supply chain strategy and cost leadership. His primary focus has been on a range of topics related to supply chain strategy, including network design, product flow path cost optimization, inventory management, DC automation and transportation. Travis has also led multiple enterprise-wide cost transformations.
In addition to his client work, Travis is a leader in Texas MBA recruiting and has served in other people development roles for the firm.
He holds a BBA from Texas A&M University in finance and an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
