Victor Ong

Victor Ong is the head of design and our APAC design capability lead for Innovation & Design.

With more than 15 years of experience in design and innovation across industries, Victor's work primarily focuses on transforming ideas into actualized, winning solutions and continually striving to provide top-tier, strategic solutions for business growth. Whether in automotive, healthcare, CPG, or professional services, he has helped build and launch successful products and experiences across B2C and B2B markets globally.

Beyond his client work, Victor is responsible for growing and leading our APAC design team. He is passionate about enabling his team to achieve successful business outcomes. He also collaborates globally to advance our firm's expertise in design thinking and strategy innovation.

Prior to joining us, Victor worked in a design leadership position for a global tech-consulting firm. He has a B.A. in industrial design and technopreneurship from the National University of Singapore.
