WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join Bain’s Talent Acquisition Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE), a global and collaborative team of recruiting marketing and talent attraction experts. The team partners with Talent Acquisition teams worldwide to build employer brand awareness, drive engagement, and strengthen candidate pipelines across a wide range of talent segments and geographies.
You’ll be part of a Mexico City-based team working closely with senior marketers across the Americas, while also contributing to select global initiatives.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
Based in Mexico City, you’ll join Bain as a Talent Acquisition Marketing Coordinator, supporting execution across recruiting marketing campaigns and events. This is a junior-level role designed for someone looking to build core marketing capabilities while working within established strategies, processes, and timelines.
You’ll support senior marketers across multiple audiences, primarily in the Americas, with additional exposure to global initiatives. As the team continues to scale, you’ll be progressively upskilled and gain increased ownership across channels, tools, and analytics.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Campaign and Marketing Execution Support
Execute defined Talent Acquisition marketing campaign activities under the direction of senior marketers
Support the creation of campaign content including emails, flyers, static images, videos, and web content, partnering with design and content teams as needed
Draft and adapt short-form copy for email, social media, and web channels in line with Bain’s brand guidelines
Ensure accurate campaign setup and tracking (e.g., UTM links, surveys) and support post-campaign data preparation and analysis
Activate and support key platforms such as HubSpot, Handshake, and social media channels in coordination with global teams
Track deliverables, coordinate inputs, and perform quality checks to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches
Organize and store campaign assets for reuse across Talent Acquisition teams
Event Planning and Execution Support
Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person Talent Acquisition events across the Americas
Coordinate logistics, manage system setup, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders under guidance from event leads
Provide day-of support for events, including managing virtual platforms and coordinating live activities
Execute post-event activities including system updates, follow-ups, feedback collection, and data preparation for reporting
Manage multiple event-related tasks simultaneously while following established processes and escalating issues when needed
ABOUT YOU
Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
1–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent academic exposure
Fluency in English
Experience with marketing platforms, analytics tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or CRM tools preferred
Experience in a professional services environment preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
Comfortable working in a global environment with virtual collaboration across regions
Strong attention to detail and process management skills
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
