Who Will You Work With :
 

BCN Academy is a dedicated Center of Excellence of Learning and Development at BCN to design and deliver best in class skill development initiatives across BCN, fostering close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

We are looking for a seasoned Learning & Development (L&D) professional with deep expertise in designing impactful learning interventions, facilitating high-impact training programs, and partnering strategically with business leaders. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in instructional design and a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across levels in a consulting or high-performance environment.

The ideal candidate brings progressive L&D experience, with a blend of training delivery, content creation, and learning design expertise. You will own end-to-end design and execution of learning programs, serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and play a key role in evolving BCN Academy’s capability-building agenda.


About You
 

  • 7–9 years of experience in Learning & Development, with demonstrated expertise in training delivery, content creation, and instructional design.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Action Mapping) and adult learning theories, with hands-on experience designing blended, in-person, and digital learning solutions.
  • Strong background in psychology, behavioral sciences, or organizational behavior will be preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, design targeted learning interventions, and translate complex business needs into practical, impactful solutions with credibility and influence.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate) and familiarity with LMS platforms for deploying and tracking learning programs.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse professional audiences and build lasting learning partnerships.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, professional services or consulting environment is strongly preferred.
  • Certifications in L&D, facilitation, or coaching (e.g., CPTD, ICF, MBTI, Hogan, or equivalent) are a plus.


 What you’ll do 

  • Design and facilitate engaging soft skills and consulting capability workshops for consultants across levels, covering communication, collaboration, resilience, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
  • Lead end-to-end instructional design of learning interventions from needs analysis and content architecture through storyboarding, development, and delivery - applying models such as ADDIE and Action Mapping.
  • Create high-quality learning content across multiple formats, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and assessments, ensuring content is engaging, learner-centric, and aligned to business goals.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at multiple levels of seniority - consulting with business leaders to identify capability gaps, translate needs into actionable learning solutions, and influence priorities with credibility and professional maturity.
  • Design and evolve the learning curriculum for BCN Academy, architecting multi-tiered learning journeys from onboarding to leadership development, ensuring alignment with business strategy and talent priorities.
  • Continuously evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, data, and impact metrics and recommend enhancements to improve learner outcomes and business ROI.
  • Apply instructional design models and adult learning theories - including Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick’s Model, and 70-20-10 - to ensure learning effectiveness, knowledge retention, and measurable behaviour change.
  • Independently manage training operations, including session planning, facilitation logistics, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and reporting to leadership on learning outcomes and participation.
