Harry Morrison

Harry Morrison is a member of our Sustainability & Responsibility practice. He holds deep expertise in developing ESG strategies and leading sustainability-focused transformations across consumer products and natural resources sectors.

Harry is the global lead for Sustainability in the Consumer Products industry and for Bain's climate resilience and adaptation solution. 

Harry's core focus areas include ESG strategy and competitive advantage; climate change, decarbonization and the transition to net-zero; circular economy business models; traceability and transparency across the value chain; hydrogen economy; executing, embedding, and scaling complex sustainability transformation programs; and harnessing digital technologies and analytics to enable sustainability.

Prior to joining us, Harry served as a managing director in the sustainability practice of another top consulting firm. While there, he worked with a broad range of global clients on environment, social and governance-focused projects.

He previously developed a strong focus on climate change and decarbonization at the Carbon Trust, leading projects on strategy, climate policy, cleantech innovation, and the development of corporate and product-level carbon certification services.

He holds a B.A. in history from Oxford University.

In his personal time, Harry enjoys sailing, running, and spending time with his wife and three children.
