Harry Morrison

Harry Morrison leads our EMEA Sustainability practice and also leads Bain's climate resilience and adaptation solution globally. 

Harry has over 20 years of experience in sustainability and the energy transition. He brings deep expertise in developing competitive advantage through sustainability and leading sustainability-focused transformations across consumer products, industrial and natural resources sectors. He also regularly supports Private Equity due diligence and fund strategy projects.

Harry's core focus areas include strategy and competitive advantage; resilience & adaptation across the value chain; climate change & decarbonization, and circular economy business models. He works with leading global companies to embed and scale complex sustainability transformation programs, harnessing AI and analytics to enable sustainability.

After several years in consulting and industry, Harry first developed a strong focus on climate change and decarbonization whilst at the Carbon Trust from 2005. He led projects on climate policy, strategy, cleantech innovation and the development of corporate and product-level carbon certification services.

He holds a B.A. in history from Oxford University.

In his personal time, Harry enjoys sailing, running, and spending time with his wife and three children.
