Diverse Teams, One Bain
Bain has been investing in diverse and inclusive teams since our founding. Our affinity groups, such as Women at Bain, help foster connections and build community. We’ve also signed the charter of ‘La Carta De La Diversidad” as part of our commitment.
Volunteering
Our team members contribute to the community through donations and volunteering. We encourage engagement in NGO projects and seek suitable opportunities for volunteer activities. Bain's sustainability initiatives began with office-based "green teams" focused on reducing resource consumption.
Pro Bono
Since 2009, Bain Iberia has collaborated with the Spanish Association of Fundraising (AEF) and 10 of Spain's largest NGOs to develop the nonprofit sector. We recently implemented an ambitious program in collaboration with NGOs to improve the sector.
