Jörg Gnamm

Dr. Joerg Gnamm leads our Performance Improvement practice in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, as well as our Manufacturing/Industry 4.0 practice globally.

He also heads our partnership with the World Economic Forum on the Lighthouse Operating System of future factories, as well as our work on the Factory of the Future. He has extensive experience in the automotive industry and in machinery, plant engineering, and industrial production. His consulting focuses on cross-industry optimization of production and supply chains, including digital operations and Industry 4.0, as well as comprehensive performance improvement and transformation programs. He is responsible for our performance improvement partnerships within the Bain Alliance Ecosystem, including the global partnership with Bosch Connected Industry.

He studied engineering in Germany and London. He subsequently developed the concept of the “Fractal Plant” for the Fraunhofer Institute and implemented it in industrial projects. He also earned a doctorate in business administration.
