WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will join Celerity, a fast-growing business within Bain & Company focused on delivering high-impact pricing and commercial strategy engagements. You will work closely with Celerity leadership and Bain’s Pricing Center of Excellence to execute pricing projects across industries and client contexts.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Lead within Celerity, you will play a key role in driving pricing engagements through advanced analytics, pricing model development, market research, and client collaboration. You will help clients improve revenue performance while contributing to the development of scalable pricing tools, workflows, and methodologies that strengthen Celerity’s long-term capabilities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead pricing analytics including price-volume analysis, segmentation, profitability diagnostics, and customer-level analyses
- Conduct market research, including surveys and expert calls, to support pricing and commercial strategy engagements
- Coordinate Pricing Center of Excellence teams to build pricing models and revenue simulations
- Translate analytical findings into structured insights and client-ready materials
- Lead client discussions to collect data and communicate recommendations
- Partner with senior leadership to scope pricing workstreams
- Support development of repeatable tools, templates, workflows, and pricing methodologies
ABOUT YOU
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Advanced analytics and modeling capabilities
- Experience conducting quantitative business analysis
- Experience building financial and/or pricing models
- Strong communication and synthesis capabilities
- Ability to manage distributed teams
- Ability to work with large or complex datasets and derive actionable insights
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of consulting pricing experience OR 4+ years of industry pricing experience
- Professional proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Prior business consulting experience
- Experience leading pricing strategy, revenue growth, monetization, or commercial analytics engagements
- Proficiency with analytics and data tools such as Alteryx, Python, and/or R
WORK MODEL / TRAVEL
This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week.
