ROLE OVERVIEW
Are you a consultant or analyst who wants to take a bold next step and change for the better how Bain teams support clients across the world? As Snr. Business Analyst Content Experience, you’ll help reinvent the tools that power how Bain delivers results. This is an opportunity to leverage your analytical skills in a fast-paced environment, shaping digital and AI-powered custom solutions that boost productivity and empower your colleagues globally.
You’ll join a dynamic product team that sits at the crossroads of innovation and day-to-day excellence, with own experience in product delivery and consulting. Your work and analytical insights will help define the tools consultants rely on most – all while building new skills in the hottest area of business today: AI.
WHERE YOU WILL WORK
You’ll join the Content Experience team – part of Bain’s Digital Workplace Experience (DWX) group, which leads the firm’s most ambitious technology and productivity efforts. DWX brings together Product and Engineering talent in cross-functional, agile teams to drive innovation and deliver intuitive, AI-powered tools that support consultants and clients worldwide.
As a member of the Content Experience team, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across DWX and Bain, helping to set new standards for how our teams work, connect, and create. The environment is dynamic, inclusive, and focused on building solutions that empower every team to do their best work – wherever they are.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Generate Insights: Monitor, analyse and refine data related to our custom solutions as well as Bain consultants’ work
- Level-up AI: Identify strengths and weaknesses of AI tools used in daily consulting processes by validating outcomes, and suggest improvements
- Drive Agile Delivery: Write backlog items, define criteria, and help guide development teams to bring features to life
- Measure Impact: Support pilots and track adoption and business metrics as well as general telemetry to identify areas of improvement
ABOUT YOU
Required:
- 2+ years of experience as a (Jr.) Consultant, business analyst, or related
- Strong analytical skills and interest, also in AI-related topics
- Customer-centric mindset and strength in communication
- Team player, eager to drive value in collaboration with team and customers
Preferred:
- Experience working directly with customers, ideally in Prof. Services
- Python coding / SQL / Kusto Query / Alteryx / Tableau experience for data analysis & visualization
- Proficient with agile methodologies
- Ability to break down complex topics into smaller pieces and address them
