WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join our regional EMEA Recruit Enablement team, which supports a wide range of roles and is deeply committed to creating a seamless experience for both hiring leaders and candidates across geographies. You'll support both the regional function and local EMEA offices in delivering a best-in-class recruiting experience for candidates. The team collaborates closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates across the region to ensure efficient recruiting operations and process excellence.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Junior Specialist (internally titled Coordinator) on the EMEA Recruit Enablement team, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day recruitment activities and system administration. You'll manage candidate workflows in the applicant tracking system, coordinate interview logistics, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
The role offers the opportunity to work independently within highly collaborative regional team environment, while also engaging in project work aimed at enhancing recruitment processes and tools.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage candidate applications in internal system (Avature), including pre-screening, workflow updates, and maintaining accurate screening lists
- Manage the candidate journey to ensure timely and accurate progression through recruitment stages
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of interview scheduling for consulting roles across EMEA region
- Support interviewer allocations and timelines to ensure a seamless interview experience
- Manage interview invitations and candidate communications through the recruiting system
- Monitor and respond to team mailbox inquires, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including sharing best practices and supporting tool implementation and automation efforts
- Provide backup support to team members, assist with recruitment events logistics and documentation, support Recruitment Days and other recruiting-related activities
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–3 years of experience in recruiting or HR administration - ideally within a professional services environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a regional team environment
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, additional language skills are a plus
