WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join Bain’s Market Reputation team in Latin America, working closely with local leadership, partners, external agencies, and regional marketing colleagues. This role supports Bain Mexico’s positioning in the market through integrated B2B marketing and communications initiatives across events, PR, editorial, digital marketing, alumni engagement, CRM, and stakeholder communications.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will help execute Bain Mexico’s market reputation strategy, strengthening Bain’s visibility and positioning among senior executives, clients, and key business communities.
You will partner with senior stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful marketing and communications initiatives aligned with Bain’s strategic priorities and commercial objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the execution of Bain Mexico’s B2B marketing and communications strategy in alignment with regional priorities
- Coordinate and execute local conferences, events, and partnerships with relevant business associations
- Support PR and external communications activities, including agency coordination and spokesperson visibility opportunities
- Adapt and distribute global and regional content for the Mexico market
- Execute digital marketing and social media initiatives, including campaign localization and content publishing
- Support CRM and digital mailing activities, maintaining contact lists and campaign execution
- Assist with client development and local office communication priorities
- Support alumni engagement initiatives, including events and communications
- Monitor marketing KPIs, support budget tracking, and contribute to planning activities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Mexico City and Monterrey
ABOUT YOU
Must Have:
- 6+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
- Experience executing initiatives across marketing, communications, CRM, PR, events, editorial, digital marketing, or alumni/client engagement programs
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, partners, agencies, vendors, and external contacts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
- Advanced or fluent English
Nice to Have:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in consulting, law firms, or other professional services environments
- Experience supporting executive visibility, spokesperson positioning, PR agency coordination, or media relations
WORKING MODEL
This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least 2 days per week.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Rare local travel may be required for events, stakeholder meetings, media/agency coordination, and office priorities across Mexico City and Monterrey.
