As a Junior Associate Consultant at Bain, you’ll work closely with our full-time consultants on real projects, strengthening your analytical toolbox while getting a taste of tier-one management consulting. During your stay, a mentor and a team of colleagues will support and help you thrive and develop, regardless of where you want to go next.

No two days are the same

For 15-20 hours per week (with a high degree of flexibility during your exam periods), your tasks will cover everything from providing clients with powerful facts and analyses to identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, interviewing the client’s customers, competitors, suppliers and employers, and much more. From day one, you’ll be an equal and valuable member of the team and encouraged to ask questions, present your findings and share your opinions.

For the position as Junior Associate Consultant, we’re looking for curious and ambitious students, preferably with a few remaining years at university. Whether you’re studying business, engineering or science – or something completely different – we’d love to hear from you.

For 6 exciting and intensive weeks, you’ll be in the thick of it: working shoulder to shoulder with full-time consultants. Your tasks will cover everything from providing clients with powerful facts and analyses to identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, interviewing the client’s customers, competitors, suppliers and employers, and much more. 

For the position as Associate Consultant Intern, we’re looking for curious and ambitious third-year bachelor’s students or first-year master’s students.
