We welcome students who identify as women to join us for a virtual workshop. After training and practice, you may get to interview for a position as an Associate Consulting Intern and have the chance to win a scholarship.

Join us for this workshop! Some candidates will also have an opportunity to interview for a role as an Associate Consulting Intern at Bain.
It’ll offer unique insight into strategy consulting.
Our consultants will share the tools they use to address client problems.
Work through the real types of challenges our consultants face.
Be entered to win a scholarship
Form relationships with future leaders across regions.
The winner will receive €10,000.
Candidates will get the chance to receive an internship offer.
How to apply for this program
This program is for students who identify as women from all disciplines, starting from the 3rd Bachelor’s semester onwards. We’re also looking for strong academic achievement with great communication skills, drive, passion, and the energy to solve problems.

Applying to True North Scholarship offers you the opportunity to receive:
- A €10,000 scholarship
- A Bain mentor to provide guidance and access to a vast professional network
- An associate consultant intern offer with Bain Germany or Austria during your studies
- Online trainings and (interview) coaching
To be eligible to apply for the True North Scholarship you must identify as woman, and meet the following criteria:
- You must have completed at least your first year of a bachelor's degree at a German, Austrian, or Swiss university
- Your anticipated graduation date should be no earlier than the summer of 2026
- German/Austrian citizen or permanent resident/work permit
When applying you must include:
- CV including grades
- University transcripts & high school diploma
