We have become an active contributor to the local community through regular office-wide initiatives like Bain Gives. This is an annual series of events to help raise awareness for local non-profit organizations, including The United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and FORA.

Bain and Special Olympics Canada (SOC) have worked together over the last decade on the organization's highest-priority strategic issues. Bain has supported Special Olympics Canada in renewing their approach to corporate fundraising, with an objective of expanding relationships with existing partners and developing new partnerships.

Social Impact Day is an annual event in the Bain Toronto office. We spend an entire day volunteering in neighboring communities for local non-profit organizations including local food banks, ACCES Employment, and the YWCA.

We recognize the power and impact of diverse perspectives. That's why we've established affinity groups such as Women at Bain and Asian at Bain, creating spaces where employees can celebrate their unique identities, contribute their perspectives, and help drive inclusive growth throughout our organization.
