Aditya Muralidhar is a member of our Private Equity and Technology practices.

Aditya advises private equity and growth equity investors on aspects across the deal lifecycle, including asset identification, commercial due diligence, and post-acquisition value generation. In the private equity sector, his expertise is centered on enterprise technology/SaaS and consumer technology domains.

Within technology, Aditya has extensive experience working with enterprise tech and consumer tech clients across India, Europe, and the United States. He has supported clients on a range of topics including strategy, commercial excellence, and customer strategy and marketing.

He holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore and a B.Tech. in civil engineering from NIT Trichy.
