André Santos is a member of our Private Equity practice.
Since joining the firm in 2009, André has worked with the top management of large national and multinational firms across industries, including private equity, financial services, healthcare, sugar, metals & mining, cement, oil & gas, media, airlines and fertilizers.
His engagements have involved commercial due diligence, sector screening, investment analysis, post-merger integration, strategy, strategic blueprinting, segmentation strategy, performance improvement and risk management
Prior to joining the firm, he spent 3 years in the strategy analysis and business support department at Unicre (Instituição Financeira de Crédito) in Portugal.
André holds an MBA from INSEAD (France and Singapre) and a degree in business administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Portugal).
He is fluent in Portuguese, English and French and proficient in Spanish.
