Andy is a member of our Enterprise Technology Practice and the Architecture Guild within the practice.
He brings 20+ years of experience across large, global financial services institutions. Andy began his career in mid- and back-office operations before transitioning into enterprise technology, where he held a series of program management roles and ultimately served as a Chief Architect.
Andy partners with executive and senior leaders to shape innovative, pragmatic technology strategies, architectures, and roadmaps to help clients improve customer experience and engagement through digitization while balancing operational risk and cost. He advises clients on IT operating model design, transitions to agile ways of working, core banking modernization and post-merger integration programs, as well as advising leaders on their readiness to begin deploying agentic AI.
A passionate collaborator, Andy has been actively involved for many years with the Banking Industry Architecture Network (BIAN), which he has leveraged—primarily with banks—to drive business service decomposition, technology asset rationalization, and operating model design. He has also contributed to the IT4IT Reference Architecture, creating the original “Strategy to Portfolio” section that is now incorporated into The Open Group Architecture Framework.
