How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
Bain felt like a strong cultural fit from the start, and I genuinely appreciated the support and mentorship I experienced during recruiting and throughout my internship. That consistency gave me confidence in accepting my return offer, and I was excited to begin my career in a place known for learning, growth, and development.
Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?
There are plenty of opportunities to do impactful work at Bain. I’m most excited by two in particular: digital transformations that create measurable change for clients, and pro bono work that strengthens communities. During my internship, I supported an affordable housing nonprofit by teaching them how to conduct research and use research to better target their efforts. This work felt meaningful because it supported real community outcomes. Looking ahead, one goal is to contribute to a case that’s recognized in the Bain Results Challenge, and I’d love to represent Bain Atlanta in that way.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
My favorite case at Bain was a pricing and packaging strategy case for a healthcare tech company. Our team integrated market dynamics, consumer preferences, and financial impacts into a solid recommendation for our client. It feels very energizing that I contributed to an answer that the client has since fully adopted!
