Share your journey to Bain.
I studied supply chain management and sustainability in college, and was involved in social entrepreneurship and nonprofit consulting orgs on campus. I learned about Bain and strategy consulting through peers in these involvements, and was drawn to the blend of creative, analytical, and strategic work the career provided. When I joined Bain as an ACI and saw the incredibly inclusive, supportive, and motivating environment firsthand, I knew this was where I wanted to start my career and learn from all the amazing people around me!
How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
I was drawn to the very collaborative and growth-focused culture at Bain - Bainies invest in each other, work closely on complex problems together, and celebrate each other's wins. Seeing people live the "a Bainie never lets another Bainie fail" philosophy every day provides so many opportunities for learning and inspires me to be the best team player I can be.
Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?
There are so many opportunities to do impactful work at Bain, and I'm especially excited about the prospect of working on a case within our social impact practice or on supply chain / operations topics, to apply my academic background in the real world. Teams at Bain work on some of the most interesting and challenges problems out there, which makes each day feel meaningful and fulfilling.
