I joined the Bain Capability Network in 2008 as an Analyst and have grown and groomed in this organization, that I call my first home now.

I currently lead the Financial Services teams at BCN, but during my journey, have also had the chance to be associated with the set-up and growth of a number of capability/ industry initiative teams – Corporate finance, Founders Mentality®, Navigator (organization practice). What I’ve learnt from these experiences, is the sheer joy I get in building something from scratch.
I’ve also worked in Bain Dallas office for a short-term transfer. In true Bain spirit, I’ve also been involved with some very vibrant and fun “asset-building” experiences – setting up the first ever Post-graduate recruitment program and co-leading it for two consecutive years; leading the undergraduate program and Bindaas@Bain, the group responsible for making the office a more fun place.
Prior to joining Bain, I’ve interned at McCann India. I have completed my Bachelors in Commerce from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.
