Christie Parsons

Christie Parsons is the Global Head of Talent and Operations for Bain’s Advanced Analytics Group.

Christie’s career with Bain spans more than 13 years, ranging from management consulting and internal talent and operations roles. Most recently, she was a leader in our Bain Executive Network team, where she advised clients on senior executive talent topics with a particular focus on leadership succession and transformations.

Christie began her career in the financial services industry, first at a technology-focused startup in reinsurance, followed by roles in technology and operations at Citigroup.

She holds an MBA from The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, where she was a Forte Fellow, Consortium Fellow, Sord Scholar, and recipient of the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence and Dean’s Award for Leadership.

She is also a graduate of Cornell University, from which she earned a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering.
