Dr. Christine Weber-Vossen is a member of our Financial Services practice.
She has over 10 years of consulting experience across EMEA and APAC, with deep expertise in Germany, Japan, and Australia. Christine advises clients in the life, health, and general insurance sectors, as well as in wealth management. She focuses on performance improvement and analytics, helping financial institutions unlock value through data-driven strategies.
Christine also has significant leadership experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. She has focused extensively on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), serving as the former Head of Women at Bain Japan and co-authoring the Gender Equity Report Japan. Her ESG work also includes climate change and sustainable investment strategies.
Christine holds a doctorate in physics from the Technical University of Munich and a diploma in mathematics from the University of Heidelberg.
