Clare Gordon

Clare Gordon is the Managing Partner of Bain UK & Ireland.  She is also a member of our Consumer Products practice.

She supports management teams in significantly outpacing their markets and is an expert in corporate and business-unit strategy, brand strategy, marketing, and innovation. She has also supported several scale business transformations and post-merger integrations.

Originally from the UK, Clare works with global clients and has experience across all major geographies, including six years based in Asia. She also acts as Bain's Chief Strategy Officer and is a member of our Global Operating Committee.

Outside of consulting, Clare has launched a sustainable business program for the UN. She also ran a new business at Innocent Drinks for several years, launching their veg pots business and supporting their sale to Coca-Cola.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.
