Edward Baxter

Edward Baxter is a director in our Public Sector & Government practice, as well as an active member of the firm's Energy & Natural Resources and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.

With more than 15 years of consulting experience, Edward supports government and leading industrial and manufacturing companies, focusing on strategy, transformation, organisation and operational model redesign to deliver growth and results. He manages framework and commercial relationships with Bain's government clients.

Edward stood for Parliament in the 2017 General Election and has served as a local councillor and school governor in the UK, as well as on the board of a charter school in the USA. As an active charity sector member, Edward also provides pro bono support to organisations, including schools and a further education college.

Edward earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a master of chemistry degree, with First-Class Honours, from the University of Oxford.
