Elizabeth Trenkle

Elizabeth Trenkle is a member of our Technology and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. She has also worked extensively in our Private Equity practice across diligence and post-acquisition engagements.

Elizabeth specializes in technology, with deep expertise in both vertical-specific and infrastructure technology. She also has extensive experience supporting merger integrations both in technology and other industries, with a particular focus in carve-outs and separations.

Her recent work has spanned software, payments, and data center companies. She also has extensive experience leading diligence efforts for various private equity clients and value creation efforts for portfolio companies.

Before joining us, Elizabeth worked in corporate strategy at Univision. She also held strategic client management roles at Landor Associates and Ready 366. 

She holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a B.A. in cultural anthropology from Duke University.
