Eric Maltiel is a member in our Technology and Financial Investor practices.
He has more than 10 years of consulting experience with us across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Eric splits his time advising between corporate enterprises on strategic topics and financial investors on due diligence. Across both realms, he specializes in technology (particularly software). With financial investors, he has a track record of supporting early/growth stage and leveraged buy-out investment decisions. With corporate enterprises, he has supported multi-year transformations, growth and product strategy efforts, and performance improvement.
In addition to his client work, he is a leader across several efforts at Bain: Inspirational Leadership, DE&I, recruiting, and office experience.
Eric graduated from the University of Pennsylvania summa cum laude with degrees in engineering and in economics.
In his personal time, Eric enjoys cooking, playing & watching soccer, and just generally exploring the outdoors.
