Felipe Borges

Felipe Borges is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services Performance Improvement, and Energy & Natural Resources practices.

Felipe has worked with the top management of large national and multinational groups across industries including distribution, logistics and transportation, infrastructure, chemicals, metals, airlines, retail, financial services, and pharmaceuticals. He has led a wide range of engagements focused on business unit growth strategy, performance improvement, post-merger integration, and business planning for new operations. His work also includes designing and implementing marketing and commercial effectiveness programs, as well as optimizing manufacturing, reducing costs, and redesigning organizations.

Before joining Bain, Felipe worked in engineering quality services at Eaton. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Campinas (Unicamp), studied at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Spain, and completed a program at Stanford University in the United States. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
