Louis is a member of our Private Equity practice, focused on commercial due diligence and drawing on nearly a decade of consulting and industry experience.

He advises both private‑equity and corporate clients throughout the early phases of the acquisition lifecycle — from identifying targets and executing commercial due diligence to evaluating synergies and shaping post‑acquisition strategy, value creation, and integration plans. While he has supported clients across multiple industries, his primary focus areas are consumer products, building products, and retail.

Louis earned an MBA from Emory University and a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland.
