Luca Caruso is a founder of our Oil & Gas practice, a key leader in our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice, and he formerly led our EMEA Energy & Natural Resources practice.
Luca has worked extensively in a wide range of industries throughout Europe and the United States, including oil and gas, engineering, automotive, aerospace and private equity. He specializes in strategy development, performance improvement and acquisitions.
Luca joined our firm in 1989 and was elected to the partnership in 1995. He is a co-founder of our Nordic practice and worked in Stockholm between 1994 and 2007, where he served as office head for nearly a decade. Between 2010 and 2015, he served as the head of the Moscow and Kiev offices, where he is currently the chairman.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD (France) and a Master of Science from the University of Bologna (Italy).
An Italian citizen, Luca lives in London and splits his time between the CIS, Sweden and the UK.
