Luke Walton is an engineer by training, and an expert in the firm's Energy & Natural Resources and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.

With more than 15 years of consulting experience, Luke has accumulated a wealth of experience in delivering real, sustainable and successful results for his clients, helping them solve their most critical problems across a variety of industries and geographies.

Within his practice areas, Luke’s primary focus lies in utilities, energy, B2B services, aerospace & defense and manufacturing. He has successfully supported clients across a range of capability areas including corporate and digital strategy, cost transformation and cost reduction, operational performance improvement, large-scale transformations, commercial diligence and post-acquisition value creation.

Luke has also led a number of projects for our social impact team, partnering with organisations to improve the futures of underserved children and youth, and foster inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

He graduated with a Master of Engineering from the University of Oxford.
